Below, we are going to direct you through all the major portal aspects as well as answer some of our most frequently asked questions. Connecting Your Profiles
In order for Sideqik to pull specific analytics, we'll need you to connect your social media profiles in the Creator Portal. Simply head over to your portal and locate your tasks on the main dashboard. If a task hasn't been created for connecting your profiles, click the "+" button right under your profile picture. Follow the prompts and use this guide to troubleshoot any problems that may occur while undergoing the Connect process.
If a task has been created for you to connect a profile, go ahead and select the task on your main dashboard and follow the prompts.

If I have data and privacy concerns about the Connect process, who should I contact?

Updating Payment Information
In order to begin receiving payments, you need to add your preferred payout method to the Creator portal in addition to all of the appropriate tax forms. On the left-hand side of the page, there should be a tab labeled "payments." Select the tab and follow the prompts.

FAQ:
Where can I find my foreign tax identification number?
For all our creators based outside the U.S., a foreign tax ID number is necessary when filling out a W-8Ben. If you are having difficulty tracking this number down, we suggest heading over to oecd.org.

Custom Tracking Links and Discount Codes
If you scroll down slightly on your main dashboard, there should be a section titled "partnership." There you will find all the custom tracking links and discount codes associated with your account.
FAQ:
What should I do if I was expecting a discount code, but it hasn't shown up in the portal?
We first suggest reaching out to the brand you're working with directly. They have control over what is seen in the portal, and if it ends up being a problem on our end, we'll do everything we can to fix it!
Performance Metrics and Commission Information
Right below "partnership," you will find the "performance" section. This is where all of your conversion data will be tracked.
FAQ:
Why do I have low/no performance tracking in the portal even though followers have been using my link/discount code?
It takes some time for the portal to update; we suggest waiting at least 24-hours for the data to refresh. Please reach out to our customer service chat if you're still experiencing delays after this waiting period!
Custom Tasks
The first item displayed on your main dashboard is your "task" section. This is where brands will assign responsibilities for a specific campaign, post, or promotion.
Essentially, this is your creator to-do list.
To start, simply select the task you wish to complete and upload the corresponding content!
